Paris Saint-Germain will be well-represented at UEFA Euro 2024 after Friday’s announcement that revealed the players for the France and Netherlands national teams for the competition in Germany that begins next month.

Regarding Les Bleus, there are several members from PSG on the team that Didier Deschamps decided to name to the squad. The list of players includes Kylian Mbappé, Ousmane Dembélé, Randal Kolo Muani, Bradley Barcola, and Warren Zaïre-Emery.

Barcola and Zaïre-Emery’s call-up represents the youth movement that the Parisians are undergoing and will continue in the post-Mbappé era. The one major surprise is Kolo Muani, who has had a challenging first season in the French capital.

Nonetheless, a successful Euro tournament could be what he needs to have a bounce-back second season. However, it could also boost his profile should PSG decide to sell him since Borussia Dortmund have a reported interest in him.

PSG loanee Xavi Simons will also be at the Euros representing the Netherlands, who could be a dark horse candidate. Moreover, it could be a breakout tournament for the 21-year-old and create a longer list of suitors keen on the player.

It will be interesting to see how all these PSG players play in this tournament and whether they’ll lift the trophy like Marco Verratti and Gianluigi Donnarumma did in 2021.
